1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 99 Jili online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 99-jili.app ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members and visitors.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or using any service offered by 99 Jili, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

99 Jili reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 99 Jili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 99 Jili, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 99 Jili platform or any affiliated platform.

99 Jili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 99 Jili platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your 99 Jili login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
• Notify 99 Jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 99 Jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

99 Jili reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99 Jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 99 Jili account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. 99 Jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. 99 Jili aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, but processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

99 Jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues outside of its control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

99 Jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 99 Jili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 99 Jili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 99 Jili platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. By participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules before placing any wager.
• All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. 99 Jili will not reverse or modify a game result except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects a game outcome, 99 Jili reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• 99 Jili does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any game. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect game availability.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99 Jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 99 Jili staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 99 Jili platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of 99 Jili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 99 Jili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any 99 Jili trademark, logo, or brand element without express written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 99 Jili, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 99 Jili specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 99 Jili's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or balance displays that are subject to real-time updates.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

In all cases, 99 Jili's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

99 Jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Session Reminders: Time-based alerts can be configured to notify players of the duration of their gaming session.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

99 Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and applicable processing times. Funds derived from fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the 99 Jili support team.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 99 Jili's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 99 Jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
